We are delighted to invite you to the XI Ophthalmology Conference of the East European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology, which for the first time will take place as a two-day event on October 24–25, 2026, in Warsaw.
This year’s conference offers a truly unique learning experience: a side-by-side comparison of two leading approaches to veterinary ophthalmology – the American and the British. Learn directly from two world-renowned experts, Heidi Featherstone, DECVO, and David J. Maggs, DACVO, as they share how they tackle everyday clinical challenges—often in very different ways.
Coming from different continents, mentorship backgrounds, and professional settings (academia and private practice), our speakers will openly discuss and compare their decision-making processes. Their engaging, conversational format—enriched with a touch of collegial banter—will provide you with practical, take-home tips you can immediately apply in your own practice.
Over the course of two dynamic days, they will present how they manage, among others:
- Unresponsive or challenging canine KCS
- First-time and recalcitrant SCCEDs
- Feline diffuse iris melanoma
